Removing barriers between geography and opportunity

Good infrastructure goes far beyond assets. It drives economic & social value and helps build more equitable societies. It's what motivates us to build the tools public sector teams need to accelerate it.

Who we are

Nichole Esparon, Co-Founder & CEO

A former barrister, Nichole is a recognised expert in global talent mobility, having led large forums and one-to-ones with industry influencers across globally recognised brands. She has also gained many years’ exposure, through engagement and collaboration with senior officials across Government and prominent IGO’s, of the extensive opportunities talent mobility holds for countries and regions, as well as the risks involved in leaving it unmanaged. Hailing from Seychelles, Nichole believes strongly in harnessing the power of the diaspora to help drive Africa’s growth. She is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
